Shillong: The prices of petrol and diesel were on Monday slashed by Rs 2 per litre by the Meghalaya Government.
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma tweeted “In view of the recent price hike in petrol and diesel in Meghalaya, Government has decided that the rate for both petrol and diesel will be reduced by 2 rupees per litre, effective from midnight of 8th February 2021.”
The reduced prices of petrol and diesel will come into effect from the midnight of February 8.
The prices of petrol and diesel has been reduced in view of the recent hike in prices of petrol and diesel.
After the reduction the prices of petrol and diesel in Shillong, capital of Meghalaya stands at Petrol: Rs 88.85 and diesel at Rs 81.47 per litre.
