IndiGo to connect Dammam with Delhi from March 10

National: IndiGo airlines will connect Delhi and Dammam from March 10. Dammam was IndiGo’s 24th international destination and 3rd in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after Jeddah and Riyadh.

With this new addition, the airline will now operate a total of 05 daily direct flights connecting Dammam with Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kozhikode, Trivandrum and Delhi.

The decision to launch the flight was taken in view of the fact that there was a hugedemand for travel between India and Saudi Arabia, on account of commercial opportunities and visiting friends and relatives, William Boulter, Chief Commercial Officer, IndiGo said.

”As we strive to add more routes and offer flexibility to our customers, these routes will help promote trade and tourism through increased mobility between the two countries”, he added

These flights are designed to cater to business and leisure travellers who are constantly on the lookout for new and affordable flying options. Customers who wish to plan their travel can book tickets via our official website www.goindigo.in. The introduction of these flights will further bolster the airline’s domestic connectivity, an IndiGo release said.
