Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi will visit the UK later this month to deliver a lecture at Cambridge University’s Business School.
Gandhi tweeted, “Looking forward to going to Cambridge University and lecturing at @CambridgeJBS.” He said: “Happy to engage with some of the brightest minds in various domains, including geopolitics, international relations, big data and democracy.”
Sharing details about his visit to the UK, Gandhi said he is looking forward to visiting his alma mater and will interact with some of the brightest minds in geopolitics, international relations and democracy, according to news agency PTI. In a tweet, the Cambridge Judge Business School said it was delighted to welcome back Gandhi to the Cambridge University later this month.
The Congress MP said, “It is a pleasure to associate with some of the brightest minds in various domains including geopolitics, international relations, big data and democracy.”
“He will lecture at @CambridgeMBA and hold closed-door sessions on big data and democracy and India-China relations with @shrutikapila, supported by the Center for Geopolitics and Faculty of History at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy, University of Cambridge, Cambridge University,” Cambridge Judge Business School said.
The Congress leader has, of late, made a huge impact across the political spectrum as well as in media in the wake of his nation-wide rally, Bharat Jodo Yatra, as part of which the Gandhi scion travelled over 4,000 kms from south to north. While the BJP and a set of media outlets kept presenting poor image of the show, social media platforms gave respectably high coverage of the longest-ever march.
