Courtyard by Marriott Aravali, a treat for both mind and eyes

New Delhi: Less than an hour’s drive from the city, and you’re at Courtyard by Marriott Aravali, a lavish resort amidst serene landscapes that make it #YourUrbanRetreat.

Courtyard by Marriott, hosted a weekend retreat for a select audience to give an experience of
Farm to Fork with Executive Chef Shibendu Ray Chaudhury.

The invitees were acquainted with the processes undertaken by the management and the Chef to grow fresh organic produce, harvest it from the Farm, and serve it straight on the table.

The sparkling morning began with a trip to the Village trail. The guests were taken to the large expanses of farmland commissioned by the resort where farmers are encouraged to follow sustainable practices to grow fresh produce which is pesticide free.

The proximity to the verdant farmlands reduces the travel time and preserves vital nutrients of the vegetables without them being lost in transit. The group of invitees were delighted to touch and feel the growing vegetables in the farms and also had the pleasure of pulling out some root vegetables, having them washed and peeled and then chopped, sprinkled
with fresh lemon juice, and served on a platter for tasting right away.

What makes it awesome is the free-flowing design of the resort, which gives it a refreshing outdoor living vibe. From Dusk to
Dawn, the resort and its lush green surroundings change their character beautifully and are a delight to watch. Being surrounded by nature, the fresh air here is just what you need on a break from Delhi NCR. Be it a romantic getaway or a reunion with friends, the resort can be your #CircleForLife

We love the lavish pool areas all around the property, just waiting for you to dive in. With amazing views of the Aravalis, the resort has one of the largest pools you’ll find near Delhi-NCR. You can also indulge yourself in a soothing trip to the spa for a massage or a refreshing face/body scrub once you’re done. And for your little ones, there’s a special kids’ club with a Bouncy Slide Castle and other fun games and activities they can participate in.

You can gift yourself a luxurious stay at this high-end property featuring a holistic spa, a three-tier pool, exotic dining venues and tastefully appointed rooms, relax with a cup of tea or coffee in your room’s private balcony or garden, enjoy a wholesome meal at the all-day diner. Aravalli Kitchen is serving a range of Indian and international culinary delights.
