New Delhi: Islamabad has rejected Indian agencies’ claim that they had busted a terror module having links with Pakistan.
Spokesperson of Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Asim Iftikhar dismissed the reports of his country’s links with terror module as a ”fabricated lie” that has no foundation. He said this was part of ”India’s well-known smear campaign against Pakistan, which has already been fully exposed by EU DisinfoLab and others.”
His remarks came in response to media queries a day after the Delhi Police nabbed six persons, including one Jaan Mohammed Shaikh (47) of Mumbai, in an anti-terror operation. The Special Cell of the Delhi Police said the terror module was supported by ISI of Pakistan
“We emphatically reject the Indian media’s ”baseless” claims that Indian authorities have busted a so-called ‘terror module’ having alleged links with Pakistan,” he said.
He alleged that India was inventing such stories to create a diversion from its own ”violation of human rights” in Kashmir.
