Feb 11, 2020

New Delhi: The India Today-Axis-My-India exit has proved to be most accurate of all as it had anticipated between 59 and 68 seats for the AAP in the 70-member Delhi Assembly, and two to 11 seats for the BJP.

In the counting of votes held today, the AAP has secured 62 seats, while its rival BJP has come a distant second with 8 seats.

The India Today-Axis-My-India exit poll has got 33 out of 35 elections, bang on over the last 4 years

The Exit Poll Survey stands out as the most thorough statistical exercise that goes beyond just numbers, into the issues behind the numbers and the predispositions held by the voter, said a press release from the media group.

The Aaj Tak and India Today TV studios celebrated on air as the lead pollster Pradeep Gupta broke into a jig after the spot on results.
